The Community Partnership for Arts and Culture (CPAC) is a nonprofit arts and culture service agency dedicated to Northeast Ohio’s success by preserving and advancing its arts and culture sector. Applications Available for 2011 CWF: We are currently accepting applications from Cuyahoga County craft, design, media and visual artists for the 2011 Creative Workforce Fellowship. 20 Artists will each receive $20,000 and additional professional development support.
