The second cycle of CWF, which included dance, interdisciplinary, literary, music and theatre artists, began in July 2009 with five informational workshops. Applications were accepted until September 25, 2009.The panel review and adjudication of the performing and literary arts cycle of the CWF program was held in a public forum on November 23rd and November 24th, 2009, at the Great Lakes Science Center’s Reinberger Auditorium.

The first cycle of CWF, which included craft, design, media, mixed media and visual artists, began in January 2009 with five informational workshops. Applications were accepted until April 3, 2009. Adjudication for the first cycle of fellowships took place in an open forum on May 18 and 19th located at the Greg L. Reese Performing Arts Center at East Cleveland Public Library.
