Barbara S. Keplinger
Administrative Manager
Barbara S. Keplinger joined CPAC in 1999 and has served as CPAC’s Executive Assistant, Director of Operations and Executive to the President prior to moving to her current position. During her tenure, Ms. Keplinger has directed or assisted in efforts such as the development and release of Northeast Ohio’s Arts and Cultural Plan; incorporation as a 501(c)3 organization; independence from fiscal agency, including human resources start-up; bookkeeping and accounting oversight; internal and external communications, including contract, RFP and grant proposal development; and support staff supervision. She also provides management for special projects, such as the construction phase and relocation of CPAC’s offices completed in August 2005.
Keplinger transitioned into the non-profit sector after many years at Oberlin College, having last served as Oberlin’s Program Manager for the Women’s Studies and Interdisciplinary Studies Program. Keplinger holds college credit in Secretarial and Business Science, Literature, Anthropology, Women’s Studies, and Accounting, from Oberlin College, Cuyahoga Community College and Lorain County Community College. Keplinger is also a certified Feng Shui design professional.
